This seems like it'll make the pedestrian conflicts at s16th worse. Was hoping the new bridge would take some of that student traffic but now it'll likely all go out the south end.
The letter says students will queue up on the pedestrian bridge (this potentially blocks wheelchair access from those east of the stadium). Students will not use the south entrance.

I just want to point out I brought this up in the past. And I was tore into, by many people that in NO WAY would they ever move the Student or shift them to the corner.

You can believe it is only about safety...but I suspect the fact that they shifted them to the corner, and can now sell the tickets at a much higher premium, played a factor.

I think that is assumed by literally everyone.

I sit section T row 3. Be interesting what options we get. Be nice to keep our three separate ticket groups together still.

Where are they moving the visiting band? Why would they move them to any place other than the upper NE corner where the student's used to be then?

The letter says students will queue up on the pedestrian bridge (this potentially blocks wheelchair access from those east of the stadium). Students will not use the south entrance.

Letter:
"The new student seating location allows student entry to remain at Gate 2, where students can access the new pedestrian bridge as a queuing area prior to entering the stadium."

Website:
"Students will need to line up on the newly constructed sidewalk which leads up to Gate 2."

So, they can use the ped bridge as a method to reach the queue on the new external NE walkway.
