Wait, does that mean hillside has front row view of the Tech cheerleaders?

TCU cheerleaders are usually top-notch.
They were going to use the bridge regardless if the student section got moved or not so they could go get their cars.... It's not an alumni-use only bridge. If anything, the concourses will be packed from students trying to go from that corner all the way to the north gate like they have been for the last few decades.
Exactly. Just moving them to NW would get them away from locker room route, and could switch those seat holders to current student section. There's an epidemic in today's society of people thinking they can pull together some cockamamy *** explanation and think people are dumb enough to buy it. Like for one second people were going to be dumb enough to actually think this is about safety as opposed to student's eating up expensive tickets.

With the bridge, that literally shouldn't be a major issue, and likely even more improved than it has been, especially when 90% of the students in the student section are headed back towards campus after games. What are you even talking about? You seem to have my post exactly backwards. Go back and read.
They were more likely to use the bridge before because that would be a natural flow out of the north seats to their cars across the road.
Now that the students are at the SEZ, they will be more likely to exit out of the south endzone and not take the bridge, instead crossing university at S16th.
As someone who exits through the S-lots, which have become a standstill after games with the change in traffic management the last year or two, I have enough personal experience to know that isn't true. A ton of students are parked in those lots and crossing at that intersection.

I’d say 90% of students head north and west after the games.
You would have had quite a few upset season ticket holders if they had done that. People like sitting on the west side so they're not looking into the sun as it sets.Exactly. Just moving them to NW would get them away from locker room route, and could switch those seat holders to current student section.
And move the visiting section and visiting band to the upper deck. There is zero reason to continue to give them lower deck access.Winner winner. You are a fool to think this is anything more than a way to increase revenue. You are moving students out of $250-$500 donation spots into no donation spots.
I'm all for this move as we need to maximize revenue. We all want to be more competitive and that means raising money. Just don't imply that we are too stupid to see what is really the goal here
Honestly I agree. I think you will notice a big difference with noise. You move the students to cheaper seats.
You beef up the south end zone and can make that end of the stadium louder and more antimidating.
You get away from students and opposing players crossing paths in a field rush.
Sounds like a good move to me.
And more people will be taking the bridge than looking to cross, since they don't have to wait. This literally will be a non-issue that you're making up.How hard is it to read they won't be taking that bridge now. That's the entire point of what i've been saying.
And no, there is a ton of student traffic headed back over to the student lots after games
