Dekker is a good runner but a slow developing QB stretch lead play on the goal line when 11 defenders are 10 yards or less from the ball is beyond stupid.

Dekkers is a good runner in the right situation. In that situation, he is not.

Tom Herman did a lot more with less talent. Manning is not a P5 OC Manning has the insane advantage of a really good Defense that keeps him in striking distance
