It's the large "local" paper. Did he ask if it was to keep Campbell here or some stupid thing?

Will Cytown lower tuition is what he asked. Seriously.
Are they using the government method, where they report income that is to happen over 10 years and not mention it's ten years?
Over 20 years. So just doing the simple math that's $10M per year.
He asked if the medical building will be able to treat broken legs.
I'm sure it's more of an accelerated rate as the construction won't even be complete for 20 years.
I should also add that I think he said that included fundraising too, which I think was either $25M or 25% of that $200M. I'm not clear what "fundraising" means - if that's just anticipated extra fundraising revenue from having these facilities, or what.
Still a good chunk of revenue per year and probably gets larger as more gets built out (toward the end of the 20 years)
The delivery on that revenue line was a little weird. I wasn't clear if Pollard said construction to full build out was 20 years, or if the 20 years referred to the revenue projection, or some combination of both.
My immediate thought was he asked something about court rush security for bozos who trip on their own cord

Looks sweet but have my doubts on how many of those businesses in there will survive. Hope it works out.
