Over 20 years. So just doing the simple math that's $10M per year.

I should also add that I think he said that included fundraising too, which I think was either $25M or 25% of that $200M. I'm not clear what "fundraising" means - if that's just anticipated extra fundraising revenue from having these facilities, or what.

I'm sure it's more of an accelerated rate as the construction won't even be complete for 20 years.

The delivery on that revenue line was a little weird. I wasn't clear if Pollard said construction to full build out was 20 years, or if the 20 years referred to the revenue projection, or some combination of both.
