And the sad thing is that TCU will not run the table, so the talking idiots will get to say, "See, we told you TCU wasn't great." No, they are not. But they EARNED the spot above Alabama at this stage in the season and it is ridiculous the committee uses some ******** to prop up Alabama. Alabama that gave up 52 to Tennessee. Play any D, SEC?

I hope LSU finds a way to beat them this weekend.

The entire thing is a joke. You can easily see the strategic placement of teams based on what they want as the end result. LSU at 10?
Although I wouldn't expect playoff rank to follow AP poll entirely, LSU is the only major outlier between CFP and latest poll ... each team is within 2 spots of its AP position with exception of LSU, which is FIVE higher. That cannot be an accident.

As of right now... the B1G Championship looks like it will be #2 tOSU vs unranked Iowa. Wow, such an exciting matchup!

There’s nobody that has improved as much or as consistently as LSU has, but that’s a bit too high for them right now. I’d move them down a few spots and move both USC and Oregon up a spot.

So what happens if TCU loses? They have the best resume, but little respect. I don't think there's much argument that Georgia or Michigan would still be in with a loss. KSU is at 10, so it wouldn't be a bad loss, yet I just don't see how they'd keep TCU over tOSU even though the Buckeyes played a terrible conference schedule.

I’ve actually seen a large number of national talking heads saying TCU should be in regardless if they lose. Even Stewart Mandel. I am surprised because I figured they’d be clamoring for OSU given their only loss was to #2 Michigan.

All that said, TCU would be wise to avoid a blowout, and remove all doubt with a win

I’d like to think Georgia, Michigan and TCU are safe. Even with a loss, each would be 12-1 compared to tOSU’s 11-1. USC probably needs to win to ensure they’re in.

Worst case scenario would be TCU and USC losing to set up the Committee’s ultimate wet dream.

Hopefully they are out if they lose

Wouldn't it be better for ISU's pocketbook if TCU gets in? Why do you want them out?
I don't care about the pocketbook aspect. I just don't like TCU.

I'm torn, I don't want TCU in the playoffs but I also don't want KSU to win the Big 12 Championship. Ugh
