I am sick of people acting like "execution" isn't also a ******* coaching thing. Our offensive scheme is horrible and they also can't teach the players how to run it unless they have a future NFL stud RB and other NFL players covering their ass.

Lol at the people actually who thought we were going to pull this off. The defense has obviously given up on the year and we trotted on our horrible offense yet again. Looking forward to the offensive staff changes at the end of the year.

CMC is a stubborn dude, there wont be any changes. They have been losing the last five years due to the offense and he did nothing.

No but Dekkers is try to make plays despite a horrible offensive line, a poor running game and a playbook that totals like 6-7 plays

Matt Campbell has been lucky that he's always had an NFL RB to cover his ass. Kareem Hunt/David Montgomery/Breece Hall. Now he has nothing and he's getting exposed in a major way.

Season ended last week. Some say it ended before it began, when CMC refuse to change the offensive staff after last year.

This offense underachieved big-time last year with much more elite talent. No way we should have gone 7-6 with the guys on that roster. This season has exposed them in a much bigger way but we as fans knew things weren’t going well a year ago. If CMC is on the Prohm track (18-19, 19-20), next year may be a 1-11 type of season. Will he be willing to swallow his pride and accept that he needs to make big changes?

I've defended Dekkers all year and will still say he has a much higher ceiling than the other guys on the roster right now, but just let someone else finish this game and open competition this off-season.

Probably. But how do we know? This staff doesn’t seem to hold Dekkers accountable for anything so we don’t get to see.
