I am sick of people acting like "execution" isn't also a ******* coaching thing. Our offensive scheme is horrible and they also can't teach the players how to run it unless they have a future NFL stud RB and other NFL players covering their ass.

The fundamental aspects from footwork to squared shoulders to how an RB carries the ball etc. start in August and I've yet to see any indication that ISU hones in on those qualities in that month over several years now.

Need a more accurate quarterback next season. Maybe Dekkers improves on it. But, I won't hold my breath.

Dekkers Locks into one receiver and the d-backs just follow Dekkers eyes and know where he is going with the football!!
Dekkers will never be a big time QB aka Brock Purdy and will lead CMC to the unemployment office IMHO!!

CMC is a stubborn dude, there wont be any changes. They have been losing the last five years due to the offense and he did nothing.

Pollard is going to lose a ton of season ticket holders for 2024 if nothing is changed next year and we have another dud of a season. They have to sell something and retaining the offensive staff doesn't spell excitement after this year.
