Weird up north here. Wind is in the 20's and gusting into the 30's but it is out of the east. Not your norm.

I always believe the east wind is a bad sign.

My official/unofficial prediction is somewhere in northern Iowa, southern Minny is going to get just hammered.

Look at the satellite and all that moisture wrapping back to the west over eastern Iowa, southern Minny and Wisconsin.
