Ok, I know it's a few days out. Any good summary of timing and amounts across central Iowa?

I definitely wouldn’t plan on traveling on Thursday. I’d avoid Friday. Saturday might be better but winds will be bad.

The snow amounts might not amount to much. But the winds will make it blizzard like. I’d expect blizzard warnings for Thursday.

Any of you peeps flown out of Cedar Rapids? Wondering how early you have to show up for their flights.
I fly out of there all of the time. Typically with non-weather issues/non-holiday travel, I'll be parking my car there 1-1.5 hours before a flight (pending if I'm flying solo or with wife and kids). Considering weather and holiday travel, you should be targeting a minimum of 1.5 hours before your flight.

All carry on for this flight.
If you’re not checking bags and you’re just heading straight to the gate at CID, the only bottleneck is TSA - and that’s usually not much of an issue. With the holidays and lots more passengers, security lines will slow you down some, but it’s still fairly easy to get through. An hour should be more than enough.

Don't forget about those ATC delays ;)
