Does anyone else have this same feeling?

Something that has made me think the last couple weeks. I enjoy watching other former Cyclones in the NFL be successful. Lazard, Montgomery, Hall etc, it's fun to see.

But with Purdy, it's almost like watching Cyclones games again. I want him to do so well I am so invested in the games and almost live and die with his success and failures.

I could not agree with this more. I’m listening on the radio and yelling like I do listening to Walters. I never get this fired up for the Vikings. Even during their crazy game today.

KCCI needs to get their act together with the Purdy Kittle connection KCCI needs to ask CBS for the Niners game every wk they are eligble.

Also check out Kittles twitter he came to the game today dressed as Santa Kittle. big red coat with white trim and a santa cap it was pretty funny. He's pretty cocky but him and Purdy are sure helping each other out.

I think it because he is involved in every play compared to when you have to watch for the other ones.

I feel the same way.

Been a 9ers fan for 35 years though, so that may have something to do with it.

This game is effectively over now.

Edit: Looks like not a pick six. I retract my previous comment.

Well, the uniforms are quite similar to ISU's. Colors can trigger a strong emotion even if sometimes it's subconscious. But I know exactly what you mean.
