Seemed like he tweaked it with about 5 to play but stayed out there and played his butt off.

He looked stiff and kind of was walking around like I do first thing in the morning. He's a tough guy, but you hope he's OK.
It was like after a rebound attempt he grabbed it right away, next offensive possession he stayed down in corner and didn't move. He waved to the bench either in a I'm injured motion or don't take me out motion.
Seemed like it was on an awkward rebound off a missed Texas free throw just before the under 4 minute time out. I assume someone looked at it during the time out and decided it wasn't serious. Whatever happened it didn't seem to effect his free throws. Hopefully something pretty minor that can be fixed with a little R&R.
Yeah that's what I saw as well. It looked like an "Oh ****' moment.
I noticed him getting a massage gun on his back during that time out.

Him chirping at the Texas bench after making a big three... yelling at them to call timeout and making a "T" with his hands... was one of the ******* funniest things I've seen in a long time.
The best part was they would have been better off to have taken his advice.

I didn’t catch what happened exactly. He really stretched for that missed FT as pointed out above. It was right before Lipsey through that pass across court and out of bounds. I was thinking perhaps TJ was going to call a TO because Grill was clearly out of the play.
Was surprised to see him back out there after and didn’t seem to bother him too bad. Nothing asked by any of the reporters in the presser from what I saw.

It was so great. He was telling the bench, I am the music maker and this is my choir.
Everyone on TV noticed. Thankfully he stayed in after a TO, made some FTs and kept the Grill lit!
I was at the game and saw Grill do something, but I didn't know what it was all about. I love that he was telling them they needed to call a timeout! Pretty bold.
Caleb is quickly approaching "I hate that ******* guy" status.
He's pretty much hit the whole checklist now --

4.) Talks a lot of smack

I mean, how freaking stupid was it to not call a timeout there. That guy has no business coaching CBB if he can't even figure out when to call a timeout at Hilton.
What was funny is that TJ called a timeout at the 4:33 mark. I think TJ was embarrassed for him and called the timeout as a professional courtesy. "Dude, your team is falling apart. Don't embarrass yourself."
Was already down to two TOs at the point Grill did that though, he may have been wanting to preserve those.
Maybe, but you can't let Hilton keep rolling like that. Even if it's your last timeout. Iowa State was on an a 15-4 run in the last 4 minutes. It would be another 2.5 minutes before Texas scored.

I can sit back and laugh my a$$ at this now, but that’s a textbook taunting call. My guess is the refs didn’t see it or otherwise they would have called it. It was 200x more egregious than anything Tre King did TJ get his.
Would have sucked to give them 2 shots there and the ball. That’s how 9 points goes to two possession game in a hurry. Imagine TJ’s dog house for something like that swinging a big game against you. Yikes.
