In Wisconsin there’s basically two owi charges: that you were over the limit or that you were too intoxicated to drive regardless of whether you were above or below the limit. Is Iowa the same way?No, but an effective prosecutor could sway a jury that there's no reasonable doubt he was sober. Depending on that information.

It’s the same charge, but yes.
