It was meant to be somewhat contradictory. Nobody expect it, but we are a Sweet 16 caliber team. We won’t be though if we played the way we did tonight.

Fair enough. We are dangerous enough when we're on to be capable of making a deep run, and limited enough that we could lose a first round game to a dangerous opponent.

I just saw our assist to turnover ratio for tonight's game. Yikes. It's a minor miracle we didn't lose by 20.

I dispute the "wasn't a consistently hard worker." From my observation of TJ's expectations, Osun wouldn't be playing if he didn't work hard. He doesn't seem to have the lower body strength that Jones and King have and he doesn't have strong hands. That doesn't mean he isn't working hard.

ZRF needs to go to practice and tell the players of his critiques.

Malone must have deleted that post or a mod did but that needs to be quoted and he needs a time out or something for that kind of ****.

The guy is the biggest a$$hole on this board, which is saying quite a bit. A temporary ban is in order at the very least IMO. What a huge pr!ck.

I really think our success in the tourney depends on how the refs officiate our defense. If we can press and force turnovers, we’ll do well. If we start getting Ricky tack fouls, we’re done.

Shoon doesnt have more strength than anyone on the team and possibly anyone in the league. Just to get that out of the way.

If it's about semantics Shoon isn't persistent with his effort to establish the block. If you home in on him consistenty he often tries for about 3-4 seconds, only to 'quit ' for the next several. King and Jones are more physical, but when they want to post they often won't stop, especially BRE.

If you want to be consistent and effective in the post you need persistence. For whatever reason Shoon doesn't have it.

The assist to turnover ratio is the stat.

We had a ton of terrible “entry” passes (which I mentioned). I put parenthesis on “entry” because many of them weren’t even there to begin with. Like we were trying to throw a pass to a WR/TE before the route was ran. That **** doesn’t work in basketball.

As always, we go as our guards go. 10 of 32 and 12 TO to 5 assists. Not sure what adjustments KU made against us but we looked out of sync all night.

I thought yesterday was as good as we looked all year. Tonight we looked overwhelmed.
