Care to expound upon what exactly they didn't like?
I’d rather not get into the details but two of the things they said was it was “one of the worst interviews they’ve had” and “it’s going to cost him millions of dollars.”

I was surprised to hear the finer details, because Will seems like such a good dude whenever he’s been interviewed by media that covers ISU

Dude, come on. You cannot write something eye catching like that about a poor interview from a guy who could potentially break the current 1st round drought and then when asked be like "well, I don't want to share the details". In that case don't write anything at all.

Seriously, these "I've got a secret" posts are so annoying.

Ya ******* weak. Don't come on here and play I know something you don't know, especially when it implicates Will as being low character or IQ.

Why would someone be afraid to share details? He's no longer affiliated with the university. Not likely that NFL scouts are divulging information directly with you anyways and even less likely that you are going to harbor consequences for sharing the alleged information.

A lot of the time these kinds of rumors are started by a team to try and scare others off in hopes the player drops to them. I'd be skeptical of any kinds of rumors a week before the draft. That goes for all of the first round prospects.

This reminds me of the time one draft scout said he wasn't smart enough to balance a check book, despite being All Academic in 2019 and 2020. People love to make **** up.

Or Brady Quinn saying CJ stroud no showed the manning QB camp despite CJ stroud not ever RSVPing to go to the camp.

Who the hell writes checks anymore?
I don't write many checks, and sure as hell don't balance a checkbook. That's what online banking is for. Just pay attention to it, log in once a day or sometimes twice. Be attentive. Most financial institutions worth anything will also have ways to send you alerts every time your debit card number is used. It is time to retire the check book, folks. This has been your PSA for the day.

a lot of my clients do.

I actually prefer my businesses do. Bookkeeping venmo/cash app/paypal transactions is a pain in the ass.
Businesses I can kind of understand checks still being relevant, and nice to have for cleaner paper trails, proper tax reporting etc. Personal checks like when Dorothy Ann is holding up the line at Hy-Vee while she writes her check is what needs to be done away with. I understand some boomers and elderly folk grew up a certain way, and it's hard to change.

The last I'll say about it is this: anyone under the age of 45 really shouldn't be writing personal checks or carrying a checkbook. It is time to join the 21st century. Let the geezers have their checks if it makes them happy.
There are some exceptions. For instance, the company I use to blow out my irrigation system each fall only accepts cash or check. I'm not going to pay by cash since the employee could easily pocket the money themselves and have the company claim I never paid them.

Yeah, about the only time I do check anymore is if a company charges extra for credit card (understandable) or e-check (not understandable, ********) payments.
