Instead, he just signed a new deal with Baltimore to make him the highest paid QB ever.

Why do teams think every new QB deal has to be the highest?? Jalen Hurts was highest paid for like 2 weeks. Now either Burrow or Herbert will trump Lamar.
It’s not the teams who think so.

Breece Hall is a better running back than Bijan. He's getting the hype because of the burnt orange.
I wouldn’t be surprised if he doesn’t get drafted until the second round. Running backs are a dime a dozen position, and teams don’t covet them like they used to. I think he’ll be good back in the NFL, but so will a seventh rounder in this draft like pretty much every draft.

You'd have to be pretty damn certain you knew what Houston was going to do at 2 to make that trade before tonight, right?
Yeah, I would think so but it is Arizona we are talking about here.

If the Texans were to draft QB, then trading the pick before the draft is the smartest play. If they draft anything other than QB, then the Cardinals can just sit back and accept whichever insane offer they want.

I would. This week has started talk about people going to 8-12 to take him.

Now, if it was all just nonsense draft talk and content creation, that would not surprise me .

Been hearing all week on the radio that Houston will not take a QB on their first pick, they may on their second one, but some thought they were more thinking build up the roster this year, then choose a QB next draft, with better prospects at the position. The guy they had to finish the season in young and not horrible, so ride him for another year.

I think the way things are going precludes Quesi from moving up for a QB. Thank God.
