Do any of you have any insight on general public RV parking. We used to be at VetMed but it looks like they are parking cars there instead. Not all of us peasants can afford the RV Village.

Saw on Iowa Football Alliance FB site where they are telling RV people they need to park in the Haunted Forest. Don’t know if the university worked a deal with the Lee and Lynn to do this or what.

We're wondering how long the lines will be for people waiting for the "later" entrance time to the lots. Early season games when anything is possible team-wise, and good weather - I could easily see many dozens lined up in the streets around the Iowa State Center for hours.

If Jamie really wanted to piss everyone off this would be a great idea.

It would eliminate people lining up hours and hours ahead of time for the land rush.

You wouldn't pay a little extra to have a paved space with a guaranteed patch of grass waiting, no matter your arrival time?

If you go into it knowing you have no chance at one of those spots why bother donating at the level you're donating?

My opinion is it seems like Jamie is planning on the football program being the driver of attendance instead of the tailgating. History has shown that's a pretty poor bet to make.

That’s already an option for high-er donors in some S lots.

It looks like the new D lots will have more grass spots than previous, based on the way the new spots are being marked out.

That is very deceptive. The "green" areas east and south of D-3 are water retention areas. There is only a few feet before the slope inclines steeply. Better for fishin' than tailgatin'

I see parking selection times were sent out this morning, and looking at the number of spots left guessing selections started today?

I'm about the same level of Cardinal as I was last year, but we have 11 business days until our selection (compared to only 8 business days after start of selection last year). C1/C2 is our best hope this year, but I look forward to the finished product.

You can park whatever you want in the RV lot as long as it doesnt exceed the max length.
With the caveat that it still is just one vehicle. They won't let you fill up your space with multiple smaller vehicles but people have gotten around this to a certain degree with a tow-on behind their RV.

We did use our RV pass for a conversion van one game when we couldn't bring our bus...

Saw a dude last year pull his car in to one stall. Dude was flying solo.

Does anyone know the selection date/time by donor level. It is pretty evident that Directors started today based on counts in some of the up front lots and I know when we select but it would be nice to see the entire picture.

Let’s dump the drunk Hok fans into those areas, ok?

Haunted Forest will be your best bet.

Bottom half of Cardinal and I pick 6/21.

Upper half of Gold here - selecting 6/16 in the morning.
