Actually, for me, it's more so "What's the next domino?" Just a couple more and the B12 won't ever have to look back again...fingers crossed.

Just Colorado and Arizona guarantees nobody is going to take an ACC invite to replace Clemson/FSU/UVA/UNC. Not even WVU within that geographic footprint would dream of leaving Big 12 now.

Who gets crossed off this map? Pencil AZ in.
ASU/Utah?
Wash/Oregon?
All four of those and we stay at 14 for now?

good analogy by the 365 guys that this pac 9 meeting is like a big brother episode. who’s talking to who about leaving snd what side they want to go.

Just pinged my good friend who was once very high in the P12 office, but is now in media relations.
I found it most interesting that Scott used CO as a 'domino' in a game of poker to get TX to move to the P12. Scott, however, was an idiot not considering TX ego and Tier 3 greed. Oh, the irony, that CO could be that same domino in reverse.

Arizona is likely next. Then it’s up to Oregon and Washington if they want to be 15 and 16. If one or both of them decline then they look at Utah and Arizona State. If for some reason only one of those join then that’s UCONN’s shot at being #16.

Stay at 14 and go hard after Washington and Oregon. Throw a lifeline to Utah and ASU if that fails.

Uconn clearly a backup plan for even numbers. im ok with that.

99% Arizona is in now that CU official.

ASU and Utah would be insane not to take the lifeboat but I'm not absolutely convinced it's in Big 12's best interest. I think some of their posturing is if they don't get an invite they can point to how they never were interested.

It’s like getting to such a low point that you have to sell off your Jordan collection and your rare Pokémon cards to hopefully be able to figure something out and buy some time to pay off the rest of the 100k you owe your Coke plug.
What is a Coke plug?
