I think less parity and less craziness is the new normal. With NIL/portal and the “Power 2”, all the talent is concentrated in blue bloods or their conference mates.
There's never been parity in college football, so not sure I buy this. There's arguably the most parity right now because of NIL and the transfer portal.

Not sure how anyone else feels, but this college football season so far is lacking in craziness. This week was a snooze fest of games for the most part. We need a weekend where there is some chaos.
I feel like there’s just not any dominant teams this year. The top teams are a lot closer than they’ve been in recent years. Less surprises, but also less upsets and closer games. Less chaos, but probably a better product.

For all the people who thought they were getting fired, but then somehow got pictures sent to them of their boss with a Taiwanese prostitute….I’m rooting for Neal brown!

That's my only saving grace is a lot of these teams have to play each other eventually, so if we get few upsets in the top-10 we are setting up some massive games as we go along. The PAC going forward has a crazy set of games coming up if their top 4-5 teams keep winning.

Notre Dame Ohio State last week was a crazy end. So was CU CSU. This week ND Duke was a good finish. LSU Ole Miss was a good finish. Wasn't there a field rush at Mizzou last week too? There have been a lot of good ones out there.

Chaos means an upset you didn't see coming or something but with nobody good, can that happen?

Football has gone the way of bball.

That West Virginia guy looks really hurt:(
Even though the TV guys said they wouldn’t show it again, it doesn’t stop home viewers from rewinding.

It was a freak injury. His own teammate’s body came whipping around low into his legs, looked like maybe his lower leg snapped.

I am not a doctor, though, don’t take medical advice from me.

Really? Clemson getting upset at duke, TCU’s upset, baylors G5 loss, bama loses, super close OSU/ND game, the chaos in Colorado, all the SEC losses, pretty damn crazy season for 4/5 weeks in

CU/CSU had zero bearing on the CFP race. LSU/Ole Miss was a great game, but again, two ranked teams that have losses. ND/Ohio State was a great finish and impacted the CFP, so that's great.

But I am talking unranked teams knocking off top 10-15 teams. There really haven't even been that many scares.

After McNamara went down, I immediately thought Iowa’s season was over…. but as I thought about it more…. even though Hill sucks pretty bad…. Iowa’s season will not matter one bit who is playing QB.

Their schedule is SO bad that they will still win at least 9 games with Hill.

At least most of the Big12 is mediocre to bad so we should have some winnable games. Sucks that in OUTs final year in the league they both look like the clear favorites. KSU is probably the only team that can keep one of them out of the championship game. Gross

Clemson's not that good, TCU and Baylor are irrelevant and have no bearing on the CFP race. Bama/Texas was boring as Texas is just flat out better than Bama.

I am talking unranked teams shaking up the CFP race. We haven't gotten anything from that point yet, nor have we really even gotten any scares.

The only thing I care about is where does this put Brian?

Auburn gave Georgia a pretty good shot today. UT rolling in to Tuscaloosa and taking out Bama could have already knocked the Tide out.
