You have to understand, I was with my wifes family (ALL HAWKEYES and bad ones at that) all week in a Airbnb with nowhere to go. I had to live through an ISU basketball loss, a hawk basketball AND football win. It's taken a great toll on my mental health. I'm going to go have a victory bourbon. Peace out!!
Sounds like you married into the wrong family, lol.

ISU's defense actually played pretty well in the 1st half. KState went 3 and out on 3 drives. One of their FGs came after the ISU fumble. And their last second TD came after the muffed punt.

In the 2nd half K-State really ate up the clock with their 2 long TD drives and their final drive that ended on downs. They were a perfect 3 for 3 on 4th downs until Purchase broke up that pass on 4th down.

I have been watching Iowa State football for over 50 years. I never thought I would see a crazier game than the 9 turnover Nebraska win, but I saw the best ever last night!

Shout out to every defensive player that had to defend for over 100 plays!! They have to be exhausted.
I have never seen a team shoot itself in the leg as many times as Nebraska did that day. Right around where NU started to decline, which if I remember right kind of coincided with NCAA drug testing for steroids.

People are allowed to like the program and not the coach or coaches.

Campbell didn't pull his head out until he started getting openly heckled.

A simple "thank you" for helping light a fire under his butt suffices.
Well you have been openly heckled for a few weeks now

Any plan to pull your head out of your ass soon?

What an arrogant moron to think you that the opinion of you or some number of fans on how the coach is doing is going to cause them to re-evaluate their approach.

It was 8 turnovers. I took 8 turnovers covered with red and yellow icing to the office on Monday. They were not happy, but they ate the turnovers.

That sort of stuff is difficult to get. It is only available ..... Looks it up...... Everywhere.
I'm not an expert on broadcasting rights, but they might not be able to show the Fox footage becuase it's CBS.

There's a reason KCCI and WHO always have field level highlights of certain games and it's not because their home shot vide is alot better.

Arrogant but correct.

Campbell was coaching himself out of a job at the beginning of the year because of his fear of just trusting the players and assistants and letting them do their jobs.

Once he turned things loose, team had more fun, and wins followed.

This team should have easily won the Ohio, Iowa, and KU games.

I am amazed at how personal so many take any criticism, however valid, of Matt Campbell.

Nebraska started to decline after 2001.

Pelini revamped them a bit and was pretty good regardless of conference but they've never been 'Nebraska' since the mid-late 90s.

I thought if that too. Is there no buying or sharing of rights? Every channel in CR has Hawk highlights no matter where it is played all the way down to Kennedy Junior high's early morning minutes!

I have no idea but all the local stations have bad field level footage for certain games. My guess is Fox won't let them use thier highlights and the local stations were too lazy or under budgeted to send crews down Manhattan.

ISU threw 40+ times against Iowa and the OL got lit up by KU which makes everything harder.

They didn't do anything wild or fun or creative last night; the conditions helped them a ton and it's time to enjoy it.

Saw ESPN got to flash it up again after losing yesterday. " Longest P5 school without a bowl appearance and running". Who would have thunk it 30 years ago. Basketball sucks too. Bet they're glad they bolted.
