Testifying
I tend to like Cowherd, I ususally watch/listen to his show daily.

But this schtick he has with backwards hat stuff is so childish. He did it with Manziel back in the day and also Baker Mayfield.

Cowherd has no idea how good of a dude Brock is and calling him a "frat bro" is so delusional. He has no f*cking clue.
Yeah if you think Brock is a frat bro, you haven't done your homework.

Tom Brady wore his hat backwards A LOT.

The only national guy I can listen to is DP. Hes not without his faults but he rarely has clickbait, horrible takes like this.
I love Dan Patrick. His show is exactly what I would be doing sitting around with my best friends talking sports. He just is an absolute professional while not taking himself too seriously. And when he interviews he actually will ask tough questions.

I watched the Barry Sanders documentary over the weekend and he was talking about how he couldn't find Barry to interview him immediately after the draft. A rather amusing story.

I think the backwards hat thing is a bit. Cowherd is usually ok with Brock. Not elite but is a "good' QB. Usually gives him more props than Nick Wright.

Cowherd is a pretty smart guy and like him or not it's hard to argue that he isn't pretty successful at what he does.

That being written his biggest issue is that he is high on his own oxygen and comes off as quite insufferable. When I listen to Dan Patrick in the morning I get the impression that I would enjoy hanging out with him. While I find myself agreeing with Cowherd here and there I definitely don't get that same feeling with him.

I haven't listened to him in years but when I did because he was one of my only options on a commute he would sometimes quadruple down on being wrong in an over the top way and then never admit to it when his take was exposed as being ridiculous.

The worst was the year Texas won National Championship with Vince Young. All year he said Texas was overrated, Big 12 was overrated, Big 12 was easily the worst conference (even though it was #1 wire to wire in computer rankings)...I mean over the top hatred of the entire Big 12. Turns out Big 12 was dramatically better than any other conference that year. National Champion, 6-0 beating the spread in all 6 bowl games, 5-1 straight up in bowl games with ISU unfortunately being the one but even ISU was an underdog and beat the spread.

In my opinion if you're that opinionated about something just to stir up crap, and you turn out to be a billion miles from being right...either own up to it or your content is 100% worthless.

I’m not clicking the link, but Colin Cowturd is easily the biggest idiot in “sports.” When he first started at ESPN he was confusing two sports together when talking about only one of those sports. I’m pretty sure he is only in the sports business because he has blackmail or is giving sexual favors to someone. The guy knows nothing about sports.

I really think he probably sits down and figures out how he can get ratings by making a certain groups feel good about their team and a certain groups angry, it's more about that than what actually happens on the field/court. I'm sure he got great ratings that year I described where he made up a fantasy about the Big 12 being horrible at football even though it was far and away the best that season. It was ludicrous content all year, but I bet a lot of people loved it as he was lying to them.

Colin actually was much better at ESPN. But he fell into the trap of today's awful sports talk shows. Say big, bold, stupid and hot take things to get ratings. He always had some "interesting" takes, but since moving to Fox and the longer he's been there, it's gotten a lot worse.

Oh I wouldn't go that far. There are some people in his own building that are way worse than him. Nick Wright and his own co-host/secretary or whatever the hell he is, Jason McIntrye, being two of them.

With how tight lipped coaches are, I’m almost shocked Kyle goes into that much detail.
I think it just shows confidence in what they are doing. It's probably not a secret to the rest of the league what they are doing on offense, they just can't stop it because they've got great play makers and Brock consistently making the right reads. Pretty tough to stop even if you know what's coming.
