I want Washington but think Michigan will grind out a win. Think the injury to the Washington RB will hurt the Huskies in blitz pick-up (which Michigan does quite a bit) & short yardage.

I see Michigan grinding out the game on the ground and keeping Penix off the field. Hope I'm wrong, Washington winning would be a much better story.

Testifying
At least with Michigan vs Washington, it's the two best teams, so the winner will be well deserving.

Finebaum is such an idiot. Now he's all on the Michigan hype train because they beat Alabama.

He goes on to say Washington almost had the worst choke job ever. He fails to mention anything about Washington's running back getting hurt which gave Texas almost a minute to work with instead of 15 seconds.

He's an idiot. Wasn't that long ago he said he would never recognize Michigan as the champion if they won due to their cheating. Click, click, click. Anything to get people to watch.

I believe the Big 12 is now 1-5 in CFP semi-final games. TCU got the only win. OuT went 0-5. They didn't do anything in the last 10 years to help elevate the Big 12's reputation. Good riddance.
Well, as someone upthread predicted the narrative this morning would be the Championship game will be all Big10. Well, Travis Justice said those very words at 6:15, so by that logic the BigXII is 1-4 in semi final games.

That's the thing. They could have dominated the Big 12 and nearly guaranteed themselves a spot at the 12 seat CFP table every year. Playing that SEC schedule lessens those odds considerably.
I don't know. If Oklahoma and Texas both stayed, they would continue to battle OU and another team or two in the B12 for 1-2 spots. Now they'll be one of about 5 teams, but the SEC will get 3-5 every year.

Agreed. I think UW will be able to move the ball but will struggle to finish drives with TDs. They’ll lose because they have to kick too many FGs to counter UM’s TDs.

Unless, Penix just goes off and gets it done with his feet as well. UM’s stunts on the D-line should open up opportunities for Penix to get out and run.

If Mich wins out, it will be so funny with the controversy of the national champion having the sign stealing scandals and coach suspensions. What a mess.

All because one man wants America to see the sun above the mountains to begin the third quarter of his game.
While I’m sure that doesn’t help, a major issue is probably commercials. Someone on Reddit (so take it with a grain of salt) said the rose bowl had 61 minutes of commercials and the sugar bowl had 57 minutes of commercials
