Great game by Pav. I hope this is a "Tamin is out against TCU"-type springboard for him for the rest of the year like that game was for Keshon and Curtis.
Imo WV needs to get more credit even if ISU wasn't sharp.
They've shown signs and were looking to buck the 'bad on the road' trend. They balled out a bit.
Any win is good and this is one I'm thrilled about as I had weird vibes about it.

Glad we got the W! WV plays us tough, and we were flat.
I have to remember not to get too high or low with any Cyclone team! I look forward to how we finish the season. Hopefully we can keep our intensity and legs. Good thing we have depth this year.

We weren’t on our A game but West Virginia at full strength isn’t as bad as their record indicates. That’s not a terrible team.
They have dudes and are kind of all over the place like Tech last year just with a rougher go of it.
It's the worst kind of team at the end of the season if you're a coach.
Pav played good. Momchilovic looked almost aloof out there man. Maybe he was under the weather or something. Anyways, we got the win and it was fugly.. But I had a feeling it would be. Their defense against us particularly in the 2nd half kind of stiffled our offense. Turnovers were the Achilles heel for both teams to be honest. To close, glad we won, and glad it's over with.
They have a lot of talent and wouldn’t be at the bottom of most leagues, which is why this game was a bit scary coming off our biggest game of the year
Having CJones and Pav is an invredible asset. Today, 21 points, 6 RBs, 2 assists, 3 steals. Wouldn't have won without them.
Has got to be coaching. How can a team with Battle, Kriisa and Edwards be 4-10 in the conference?
They don’t all have to be masterpieces. Just win.
A ton of injuries. I think this was their first game with a full roster.
Credit West Virgina. They were gritty. They're a better team than their overall record indicates. And I knew they were.
Happy for Pav, his energy was directed in positive ways today.
I think this is a pretty spot on analysis. WV played pretty well, they made shots, they got after it on def, they played tough overall. We seemed flat after the big game against Houston, and we just didn't seem very engaged until we had to. Good win Cyclones, any win in the B12 is a good win. Just gotta bring more focus to the next game. If Lipsey is injured, I would rather sit him for a game and get him some rest before the B12 Tourneyment and the NCAA.
I hope so, that game at Oklahoma was one we had a legit shot to win. I think we come out better in our next game against them.
I'm not sure what your weird vibes were, but I suspect they were similar to mine. As in, this is a game that the Cyclones might lose in the last two years. But our versatility this year really helped us. Pav gave us good minutes, and the seniors led when we needed them most.
