I don't know that.Everyone knows Iowa is beating Illinois tonight, which will get them in.
after tonight we could go from only ISU mens in the tournament, to 3 teams from the state in.
I personally would like to see Iowa crash and burn for entertainment purposes, but whatever.
Good question. I asked same thing. I'd think above indiana state who would be an 11 I assume. Drake has better resume then Indiana state nowoh yeah...thats a good point.
What to they seed Drake? 10-13?
wouldn't want to play them either way.
There is no doubt in my mind. Should be nobody in the arena (Half the bball fans are with the womens team) and its spring break. Which is right where the fighting hawks want it.....I don't know that.
Probably go a lot of 4 guard. Or at minimum a lot of Milan at the 4. I'd want Gilbert on DeVries. They also start two small guards so extending Pav makes sense. I know normally you want to make your opponent match up with your best 5 but DeVries would be a nightmare for King. Watson is another guy that could log some minutes on Tucker.Wouldn’t want to face Drake in the NCAA Tournament.
Given their NET and now 4-1 record in Q1 on top of a conference championship in underrated league one would think higher than 12. But who knows - so much nonsense with the committee every year.
There's a mid major in 1 of 2 games more often than notIf they are low 30's in NET they won't be in Dayton. It'll be 2 power 5 bubble teams like it typically is.
Here's my head scratcher. Drake now has a better resume then Indiana St. Does the play in game drop a line (11 to 12)? Or do they make Drake a 12 and Indiana St a play in 11?Good question. I asked same thing. I'd think above indiana state who would be an 11 I assume. Drake has better resume then Indiana state now
If I'm assessing right now, Drake is at 11 and Indiana State is 11 First Four. Depending how some other auto-bids develop, Drake could drop to 12 line - the First Four might drop to 12, too, but that depends on at-large level on the bubble + IS could get knocked out completely with bid-steals.Here's my head scratcher. That last part is just bad. Not sure anybody with that blemish has gotten in before.Eh, that 4-1 is still a weak 4-1 though considering it contains no q1a wins. And 5 losses to teams lower than 100 hurts in combination with that.
The committee has said those play ins are for at large teams. AQ avoid Dayton expect the 16s of course. If I'm assessing right now, Drake is at 11 and Indiana State is 11 First Four. Not sure Gilbert is big enough. Watson would definitely be my pick when he’s inProbably go a lot of 4 guard. Or at minimum a lot of Milan at the 4. I'd want Gilbert on DeVries. Gilbert isn't but he'd be the best option in our starting 5. Watson would get in foul trouble but he's the guy off the bench you want spotting minutes. Not sure Gilbert is big enough. Watson would definitely be my pick when he’s in
The most common scores in tournament history are 69-67 and 75-72. Both have occurred 15 times.I added a new page to my website. You select the score of the winning and losing team and it will give you all of the games that had that score in tournament history.
