I love Varsity Blues, probably would have been in the sweet 16 for me in another region but gotta go with Happy Gilmore
Yeah I'm guessing you're a good bit younger. To anyone who played HS football in the 80s and early 90s, All the Right Moves was the sh*t. "6-2 STACK MONSTER! 6-2 STACK MONSTER! READY, BREAK!"I have actually never even heard of that movie. There are a couple others in the tournament that I have heard of but have not seen.
I started playing foosball in the early 90s and have been a huge movie person all my life. Somehow this one got by me. I remember The Program coming out I think my freshman year of high school.Yeah I'm guessing you're a good bit younger. I think the committee said it is because it's a documentary.Disappointed that Glory Road was not included.
Might be underrated, but Hoosiers is one of the best sports movies ever made.Long Gone is a very underrated baseball movie. About a minor league team in the 50s, the Tampico Stogies. William Peterson, Dermot Mulroney, Virginia Madsen, Larry Riley.

FIFYMight be underrated, but Hoosiers isone ofthe best sports movies ever made.
I haven’t thought about the movie Brink in decades. A true classic. Now I want to watch it.I think the committee said it is because it's a documentary.
But the real travesty is that Semi-Pro and Brink were left out.
Raging Bull is a great movie. I mean…great movie. I can see why it might be polarizing though. In no universe should it be losing to The Rookie however. For those that say because CF age skews older that older stuff will always win out the in progress upset of Raging Bull is proving that theory wrong.
Agree.Might be underrated, but Hoosiers is one of the best sports movies ever made.
I absolutely love Major League. My one beef with it is how weirdly they jammed that love story into it. Everything else about it is hysterical awesomeness.

Flipping through channels last night and saw the end of Space Jam. This has probably already been addressed somewhere, but I don't recall why the committee didn't include Space Jam. It would have been a high seed for me.
Off the top of my head, you're correct on both.Trying to think if a 1 or 2 has lost in 1st round of these. Pretty sure no 1's have. I know some 2's have lost in 2nd round but not sure about 1st round.
