I think this most recent recall was for 2014 Ford F150 trucks.
Good info. That's crazy that they issue a recall 10 years later. Although I guess it makes sense that some of these things don't happen until they start to wear. In the article, it also says
Ford in January,
recalled nearly 113,000 F-150 pickup trucks over concerns a rear axle hub could break off, causing the vehicle to lose power or roll away when in park.
Before then, in July 2023, the automaker
recalled about 870,000 F-150 pickup trucks because of a faulty parking brake that could turn on by itself, causing the driver to lose control
I'm guessing a lot of these happen because trucks like Ford have so many different drive trains combos?
I just had a recall on my vehicle. The seat motor can overheat but then they go on to explain that this has only happened to those that have been involved in an accident.
