Saw Judas Priest in Omaha tonight. I think Rob Halford sounded even better than when I saw them 3 years ago
I saw them in Cedar Rapids on Saturday, was pretty impressed by how good Painkiller sounded.

Sabaton's always a good time too.

I'm really excited for this. The Omaha show lands right around my 40th so I sent out a bunch of feelers for who would want to go...got nothing back. I saw Puscifer as my first solo show in 2010, I've seen APC thrice, this will be my first time seeing Primus. Who needs friends when you've got 3 bands jamming together at the same time?!

It’s a great show, you’re gonna love it. We caught it the first go around at Bonner Springs and really enjoyed it even though it was shortened because of weather.

They rotated the bands in 3-4 song sets and had sofa’s to the sides for the others to hangout on stage and watch, pretty cool to see them all just kicking it. I will say that that there were more vapes blazing then any show I’ve ever been to.

Did anyone see the tour with The National/The War on Drugs/Luscious?
kind of excited for that on Saturday.

They weren't coming near enough, but I REALLY wanted to. I'm super jealous, have a great time!

The footage of Sturgill aka Johnny Blue Skies is incredible. Saying **** it at the two hour mark, we're playing another set. Dude is just locked in when he's playing right now.

Went to see the Marcus King Band last night at Vibrant. His band puts on a great show. Never have been to vibrant before and it was a good venue.

I thought the sound was a little off last night, but the whole night was an amazing show. Marcus is an incredible talent and it's unbelievable he's not even 30 yet.

Not sure how many are familiar with Colter Wall, but he’s playing in Waukee on Oct 8. I’d highly recommend seeing him if you’re a fan of old school, rootsy, non-pop country. He’s so good

Gonna show my age here, but did anyone else catch the Leonid and Friends concert at the Hoyt Sherman auditorium in Des Moines last night? They're a band from Russia who went viral a few years ago with their amazing covers of Chicago songs.

What an amazing group of musicians. They were awesome!

Does anyone know why the Drive-by Truckers are scheduled for Wooly’s AND Val-air on 10/29? I suspect only one is correct, but…?
