No no no, I was told by this very message board that Heather Dinnich is NOT a mouthpiece for the ESPN/SEC agenda.

Don't like Heather's point about Vandy and Bama. However, Bama has to play many good solid teams to include Tenn, Oklahoma, Missouri and LSU. Is they get through that, they will be in the playoff. We will see what happens.
I think they can lose 1 more. 9-3 they're on bubble then we can see how strong the bias is

Lol the SEC bias started in the preseason... ESPN has a massive financial stake in ensuring that the SEC has tons of (on paper) top tier teams. Idk why anyone is surprised. A 9-3 Alabama will be in the playoff I guarantee it
We're going to get 3 loss team in soon. Absolutely.
The way the conferences are now and travel, it'll be really tough not to.

It depends on what Georgia does and who the other hypothetical loss is.

If their best win is against 9-3 Georgia they're in trouble.

I think Bama and Georgia both get in, but the odds of both not making it isn't super unheard of. I think they both need to win this weekend otherwise they're playing playoff games the rest of the year.

Neither will get in at 9-3 unless chaos happens around them.

However I made the argument earlier today we don’t know if Missouri OU or LSU are really that solid. OU destroyed by Texas…was never in doubt. Mizzou has a really weak schedule and still blown out by the Aggies and LSU…lost to a really less than avg USC team

Or maybe Georgia, Alabama, Ole Miss, Kentucky and Vandy are very similar? They've all beaten one another. Kentucky lost to Georgia by 1.. And then you have LSU who just beat Ole Miss but lost to USC, who is not that good.

What Alabama does or doesn't do is irrelevant. What is relevant is that Iowa State goes 13-0, 12-1 or 11-2 at the worst. Either way, if ISU goes 11-2 and misses the Playoff, it's still a bright sunny day!

I mostly agree but I don't think it'd take too much chaos for Georgia to get in at 9-3 but some. few SEC teams play 10 power 4 games but they'll be 1. Their SOS will probably be too 5. I think a 9-3 Georgia is 10 or a 11

Heather is just regurgitating what the powers that be tell her. She isn’t some insider with sources, she was given the role years ago to just basically be the mouthpiece of the committee and networks.

She’s annoying as all hell to listen to whenever she’s on. But I love how she always pretends to be guessing what the committee will do, but if you listen to her before the final ranking she will tell you what they are going to do because she’s part of it.

TBF she's more of the mouthpiece for the Big 10 agenda; meanwhile, Feinbaum is the mouthpiece of the SEC. But while the Big 10 and SEC are scratching each other's back in pursuit of control of college sports...
