Looking forward to that. Been waiting for Severance season 2 forever also.
The amount of wait time between seasons of shows is kind of absurd.

That's why I like British shows. The seasons are shorter but so is the wait time between them. Slow Horses is a great example of that.

New season of The Diplomat with Keri Russell has dropped on Netflix. Going to do episode 1 tonight after the MBB game. Had to watch final of season 1 last night as a refresher. Glad I did since I think I'm back on track with the story so far. Looks like this season is only 6 episodes.

Just watched the most awful, star studded movie in a long time. Kind of wondered when we found it how we hadn’t heard about it, but now we know.

Brothers (Josh Brolin, Peter Dinklage, Brendan Fraser, M Emmet Walsh and Glenn Close) on Amazon Prime. Just embarrassingly bad. No idea what they were thinking.

I watched "Return of the King: The Fall and Rise of Elvis Presley." (Netflix)

If you like rock 'n' roll history and have interest in Elvis bio, it's worth a look.

Main focus is the 1968 "comeback" TV special, but a lot of it is the "movie period" and how his career was beginning to become irrelevant musically.

I don't have a star-rating or full review, check into it if you find the concept intriguing.

I’ve watched probably 275 horror movies this year (last year was sci-fi and paranormal) but have put off watching I Spit On Your Grave 1, 2, or 3 on purpose.

Usually I treat horror films like I do action thrillers - watching for the thrills, but not usually looking for it to provide me with great writing, acting, or production, and so I have a low bar for them. We treat more serious movies more seriously and less serious movies more passively.

This was maybe one of only a small handful of horror films that enters the truly serious category, and should be viewed as such or you’ll miss so much.

Watched the first tonight and **** that movie is raw, horrific, violent, intense, and realistic on an absolutely different level of anything else. With that, it was cast, filmed, and written incredibly well for maximum impact.

It’s hard to highly recommend something so absolutely gruesome, but if you can stomach it, it’s worth it. And for some reason it feels so much like today’s world.

Binged Squid Game 2. Loved the first one but this one was very meh. Got away from the concepts that made it popular and tried to turn it into a bigger drama.

Dune Prophecy on Max was a solid effort if you are a Dune fan

Was not a fan of the ending.

I thought they would have ended with the transition to officially becoming the Bene Gesserit. I’m sure they intentionally set it up to have multiple seasons, but with how long these take to make I wish they would just tell an entire story in a series then move on to a different time period. Now, it’s gonna be years in between seasons and there will be no continuation.
