I don’t keep a list around at home of coaching candidates. I really do wish Pollard actually conducted a full blown interview of candidates instead of basically just bringing on TJ, who has failed at UNLV and hasn’t proven himself as a coach. Oh well, you’ll eventually understand in a couple of years.
If he’s still around Alarson might want an autographMy grandfather was in abba
Guys, I’m sorry. Jock Jams is never coming back.
Are you talking about the guy they had a haltime a year or 2 ago that was a WTF moment on why we had him? Probably the worst halftime act I've seen at Hilton. We need the internet drummer sensation! The whole crowd would get up and yell.
I was yelling at him. I yelled Boourns!!!! Emphasis on the BOO.We need the internet drummer sensation! The whole crowd would get up and yell.
The "rebound!" lady could always start up then.I’m not saying Jock Jams needs to come back. All I’m saying is that the current pregame isn’t working from a “hype the crowd” perspective.
Yup. Talk about bringing the crowd down, the game against TT didn’t help. Are you talking about the guy they had a haltime a year or 2 ago that was a WTF moment on why we had him? Probably the worst halftime act I've seen at Hilton.
I figured it was only a matter of time before we used something than the 2Unlimited song for the intro but I figured it would be something more modern with a high energy feel to it. The new intro doesn't really engage the crowd that well and when they finally do start playing the hype music before the tipoff it's just an awkward transition. Someone earlier mentioned the lighting, I am still not a fan of the arena lighting being darker the further up you get from the court. It's pretty noticeable on TV broadcasts I think and for as well as our fans pack the place and make the gameday environment one of the best in the country wish that would come off more when there are wider TV angles where you could see we have a packed house instead of looking like seats that are in the dark.
You don’t need intros where everyone claps in rhythm. You’ve been trained like zombies for decades.
