I feel bad for Indiana basketball fans. They have quite a dilemma picking between their teams,

Damn, Oregon gets ****** with that bracket pretty hard. Georgia gets a cakewalk.

Honestly you would rather be Texas or PSU then Oregon

Watched on mute and turned it when it was over. Will continue to love watching the games but all the BS is getting old. Talking heads spinning the narrative how ever they want and no consistency.

There it is. Took one year and you got the pundits saying they need to do away with byes for conference champs and just seed them 1-12 lmao

Yep. He's worried that this will teach coaches not to schedule tough opponents. What it should teach them is not to lose to Vandy and Oklahoma.

If Bama has a problem with that tough schedule... they can always join the ACC or Big 12... or reforming Pac 12. What? They don't pay enough? So $$$ is more important than a weaker schedule? Shut up then. Don't lose to the weak teams on your schedule.

Only a matter of time before a team refuses to play a conf title game as it could drop them out of the final 12

I wonder if they are going to re look at things next year. With the byes being what the are I could see a lot of years being like this one where the 1 seed has the hardest path. Kinda weird but don’t know what you do about it. That 2 seed is the best spot by far

Cake walk for Georgia? They needed 8 overtimes to beat Georgia Tech. At home. Notre Dame spanked Georgia Tech in Atlanta. Notre Dame won in College Station in a night game. Other than the strange loss to NIU, they've spanked everybody they've played. Indiana has smoked every team they've played except for OSU (special teams debacle). If anybody has a cakewalk it's Penn State and Texas.

The can go with something like hockey playoff scheduling where they "reseed" after each round. I'm ok with that. Makes it more interesting too.

1 seed is always going to have a tough road in this - they will almost always be waiting for a conference champion or the highest ranked team not to win a conference championship, and if they get by that they'll next have either the 4th conference champion or the team good enough to beat them. In fact, the #1 seed could have to beat as many as 3 conference champions to win a Natty. It's the ultimate Ric Flair route: "To be the best, ya gotta beat the best... WOOOOOO!!!"

Indiana doesn’t have the talent and ND is Notre dame; they loss these games by double digits all the time and lost to a G5 school.

Georgia has the easiest path by a mile

My only complaint would be giving Boise a higher seed than ASU when you look at the SOS of both teams. Great to see the committee did not take a 3 loss Alabama over a 2 loss SMU team. As great as the wins that Alabama had, they also had some horrible losses and losing games to a 6-6 OU and Vandy teams should count against you.
