Really? I'm agnostic and I find that very mild.
Tang is not good at the transfer portal. He can’t spot talent.
For me it's more it doesn't come off as genuine in any way. He's like a televangelist.
He's an *******. Whatever he does is annoying (and usually insincere).
Is it that he can't spot talent, or is it that he can't spot talent who want to be "team guys" first? Hawkins has a ton of talent, imho, but strikes me as a guy who can literally afford to take plays/games off since he's already a millionaire. I wonder if that is true about Dug as well. OR maybe it could be that, since Duggy didn't get as much as Hawkins (who hasn't lived up to his "salary"), perhaps Dug is less than pleased with the Wildcat Basketball program. Sooo glad we have great coaches at ISU who have done an AMAZING job navigating this NIL-era so far.
It’s that he makes a point of the Bible in every..single..interview or situation. We get it, he is religious and that’s fine but if I am a fan or booster and we aren’t winning. I’d want some actual talk of the team rather than get quoted scripture.
I honestly think the guy has some sort of undiagnosed mental disorder, possibly schizophrenia or maybe just on the spectrum. I said this last year when he was tail spinning. It’s not just that he’s weird AF. It’s like he doesn’t have control of the words coming out of his mouth at times. What coach in their right minds would say that about their relationship with a player. It’s beyond bizarre. He’s just so fake and pretending to be someone he’s not. He’s the least genuine coach I can recall in recent memory.
It’s just not a thing you say out loud. The tailspin is starting early this year. I hope Drake pounds them tomorrow.
This is definitely annoying, but probably a sincere moment. I think he's really into swords.
