Yes, Tenn had a good win today. But prior to that they dropped 3 of 4 including losing to Vanderbilt and had dropped off the 1 line for projected seedings.

Bad day all around. Maybe it's a good thing that it's a quick turnaround to the next game on Monday. I get the feeling that game might tell us a lot about how the rest of the season is going to go.

Going to be very interesting, last game VS Kansas I left amazed how much better our roster was constructed, but 2 weeks can change a lot in this sport, plus home court advantage.

It seems to be (or was, now) a problem for this team. They were getting everyone's best shot, and were struggling even in wins. Luckily we won't have to worry about it for awhile. Teams won't get up for #13 the same way they get up for #3.

Makes you start to respect how good those top KU teams were, when they got everyone's best shot, could be everyone's best win, and still crushed them.

Yep. Some were acting like he wasn't an elite coach because adidas money, but the consistency those teams showed for years on end despite always getting everyone's best shot says a lot.

I blame myself. I am in Florida for my annual February long weekend. Was just thinking this morning that whenever ISU plays when I am on this trip they lose to anyone and everyone. Started taking these trips during the Otz era and we are 0-7 with horrible home losses to Oky State, Kstate twice, WVU, and the .1 second loss to Baylor last year. It really is uncanny. Can't ever remember a worse loss against the spread at Hilton in my life.

This half court thing is a real issue, it's not why we lost but it's a real thing, teams def see it and game plan against it. Might need an upgrade there.
