I think that's 'cuz KU fans don't believe in their roster. Which is reasonable based on what they're used to. I see a lot of sentiment around Dickinson just not being the guy.

Seems reasonable. We agree to a tie/no contest. They make a public statement that in the event of a game they would have been destroyed. Everyone walks away happy.
It almost felt like they bought the hype and lost their edge a bit. They were definitely careless with the ball on offense and not as energetic / aggressive rebounding and defending. That can be difficult to "flip the switch" back on - but KU is definitely struggling, especially at the defensive end. They've given up 80 in each of their last 3 games - and played really fast (76 or more possessions per game).
Their weaknesses - not getting to the FT line and not creating turnovers - definitely play into our strengths. If they are successful in bucking their trend and force us into a bunch of stupid turnovers, it's going to be a long night
Maybe we should do a Braveheart, meet in the middle, don't play, and reminisce how we both hate Mizzou.
And their NIL budgets during that same perid of time totally dwarfed the rest of the big 12. It's like the rest of us weren't even trying.
