What's everyone's bubble thoughts today?

I've got West Virginia, Oklahoma, and Vanderbilt in Dayton, with either UNC or Xavier as the last team in depending on if UC-San Diego wins their conference tournament and predicated on UNC winning today.

If UNC and Xavier both lose today I think they are done.

Xavier is not making it. They'll find an excuse to have UNC in even with a loss. Gotta have their blue bloods.

Yeah, it will be interesting to see what they do with North Carolina, they'll be 1-12 in Q1 games today if they lose to Wake Forest. Even if they win today they'll likely get run by Duke which would end up 2-12 in Q1 games.

IF Flagg is out, what do they do with Duke? They still have to be a 1, but without Flagg it kind of feels like whatever region they're in opens up.

That looked like a run of the mill sprain to me? Likely out a week or so?
Also doesn’t look to be taped or in a boot so might not even be that long. Certainly acted like it was serious but that’s why you have to do an exam and wait for the immediate impact to subside.

Cryo boot for sure and heavy NSAID’s before the tourny and doubt we see him again in the ACC

IIRC, cincy remained a one seed over ISU in the 2000 tournament after Martin went down with a leg injury during Cincy’s conference tournament

I would think Duke is still a 1 seed, but I would love to be on their region if Flagg can’t play in the tournament

I agree that no matter what they're a one seed. Flagg is just such a big part of what they do that they're a completely different team without him.

Of course, as soon as I type this, he’s on the bench without a boot.

You’re seeing why I don’t consider Duke a Final Four threat without Flagg. The good news for them is I think they can get to the second weekend without him, but if he’s out for weeks, Duke’s done.
