You teens are spoiled and think this happens every year. The fact is us older guys have been waiting for this team for 25 years now and we got the draw we wanted also. Fred's teams never played enough defense to go that far and last year we got shafted being put in Uconns region.
So what's all this talk on Facebook about Keshon's dad getting into it with TJ and essentially shutting him down because he thinks he's going to get drafted?
Can't recall an unluckier season as a whole. Give me another Sweet 16 and roll the dice.
At least we have a week to prepare with the roster we know vs lose a Niang last second type of deal.
There are numerous people saying the same thing on CycloneFanatic's Facebook post about this last night.Post/source/cite?
The Niang injury would be the closest thing. We were going to run that region until he broke his toe. UConn was still going to be tough in NY, but if we had a Niang that could play I don’t think that would have even stopped us.
IMO you can lump this in with the people saying that he's leaving because there is bad blood and he's transferring somewhere else. Nobody has come up with a credible source yet.So what's all this talk on Facebook about Keshon's dad getting into it with TJ and essentially shutting him down because he thinks he's going to get drafted?
Fred's 2014 probably would have made it had Niang not been hurt. And don't forget Chris Babb got hurt in 2013You teens are spoiled and think this happens every year. If history is any indication it could be another quarter century before we see a team this good again and reality is alot of people won't be around by then.
