San Diego State is just bad. Bad offense, bricking wide open shots. North Carolina is able to casually walk up the floor, file their taxes, blow a kiss to the crowd and run uninterrupted worry free offense.

Just because they're destroying their opponent doesn't mean they belong in the tourney. Being good enough to play and having a good enough resume to get in are two different things. They still don't belong.

Eh, I think the hand wringing over which teams got the last spot or two is way overwrought. All those teams have similar resumes - as in crappy resumes that many years don’t get any in to the dance. None have a real complaint.

Lesson learned. Don't talk to wife before watching basketball on TV.
