If those Golden State/Houston game stays close, it's going to get chippy.

Young talented teams tend to ”pay dues” for at least a year or two. Even if Houston survives I think Minnesota went through more of that last year and will be a load for them.

Way up there

I think Minnesota will cruise against either team, just too big and athletic. I'm hoping for a Denver/Minn rematch. I don't love KAT but he played Jokic really well last year, while Gobert gets torched by him. Randle seems like a better matchup than KAT for Gordon as well. That trade made Minnesota a better overall team but losing KAT may make Denver a tougher matchup for them than last year.

Totally different physical skills (Stockton was tougher/meaner, Tyrese is way longer) but they are the same in that they mainly want to control pace and flow of offense and any of their own scoring just comes from that.

You could compare Tyrese to a skinny Magic for a more 1:1 of his style of playmaking and running transition basketball, if Magic had played in a later era he'd have been a better outside shooter, it just wasn't a priority of the era.
I really don’t know of a great comp for Halliburton. About the only recent PG that really made an offense hum like this plus had the ability to shoot has maybe been peak MVP year Steve Nash.
