Sam Ehlinger out of Westlake High in Austin, TX.
I was at the game - my kids go to Southlake Carroll. The kid is a stud. Spins it well, moves well within the pocket and was a load to bring to the ground. Any kid that can start in a Todd Dodge offense is worth taking a hard look at. Last I checked, Chase Daniel and Greg McElroy did alright... -

Totally agree. Seems like I always read on here how people are excited when we redshirt a lot of our guys. I get more excited when a kid can come in and play right away -- especially now that we've got better players in the program. -

Well said. Bottom line is that every coach looks smarter when they have better players, players that execute, and things are going their way. Calling plays when you have 2nd and 5 instead of 2nd and 12 is always easier as well. Let's hope that Sam can continue to play at this level. Love... -
