    Thanks for the breakdown. A lot of assumptions but I get what point you are trying to get across. Having said that “he deserves better..”? It’s his decision. No one is holding a gun to his head.

    @Pope Mac Jones was lower ranked recruiting wise. Sat 3 years and only started 1 year at Bama. Ended up getting drafted in the first round and getting $15 mil guaranteed. There are no guarantees when it comes to playing time, career paths, or individual success for any player at any program.

    Athletes love competition. Playing with and against. Honestly I wouldn’t want a qb that didn’t think he could beat out every other qb. Just my opinion.

    The fact that you automatically assume he’s going to ride the bench at Alabama for one. He might but you cannot say that with certainty. Alabama, If he is good enough to win the job has a decent track record putting guys in the league.
