Running errands around CR tonight which lead me to drive the full distance of Edgewood Rd from the airport at the south up to Blairsferry Road on on the north side. CR is set up dumb with four "quadrants" that are far from equal in size or anything making sense. 1st ave is the north/south... -

This is not getting enough of the attention that it should. Several ADs have alluded to it and some have come out and said that Olympic sports will need to be cut. And that is for those of us in a semi decent position. The UNIs of the world might as well be Coe at this point. -

Salvage title question
I would also assume that there is a difference between damage repair and general upkeep. Buy a cheap car and go to put four new tires on it and a battery and you will likely be well over $1k all in. -

Absolutely agree. I will admit I am not the handiest (or smartest) but man things can get out of hand in a hurry. Not so much in our current house but the worst one in our old house was when we replaced the flooring with a floating lvp or linoleum plank stuff. We did it ourselves and some of it... -
