Potentially a slight increase in soft tissue injuries.

I doubt they are doing it for the money- will they even break even? It is another game, a game they all busted for 4 months to try and get to.


I agree with the point that it is a great opportunity for the team etc.
I guess I was looking at the perspective that they have nine day to prep, with a few of their players already prepping for a possible tryout opportunities.
Truly wish the team a great game. Just concerned.

tOSU has sold 13k tickets, Utah has sold 29k tickets to the Rose.
I found this surprising:

For the Cotton Bowl matchup against USC to end the 2017 season, Ohio St sold about 6,500 of its allotted tickets for the game held in Arlington, Texas.

Ohio State fans mindset anymore is Playoffs or it doesn't mean much.

Hmmm, time to hit the beach or go hiking in the hills! Not like it's the Independence Bowl and you're stuck in Shreveport for Christmas. Although it would still suck to be away for the holidays and anticipating and practicing for this game and have it faceplant at the last minute.
