Linn-Mar’s Tate Naaktgeboren, one of Iowa’s top high school wrestlers, has made his college decision.

On the same day Naaktgeboren committed to Iowa State, so, too, did Connor Euton, a standout wrestler from Westerville North in Ohio. He announced his commitment with an Instagram post.

"Officially a Cyclone!!!!" Euton wrote in his post. "Can’t say enough thank yous to all the people that helped me get here. I’ve got an amazing support system! Can’t wait for what’s next!!"

Euton is currently ranked No. 13 nationally at 152 pounds, according to MatScouts. He won an Ohio state title last season at 145, and projects at 149/157 pounds in college. He is considered the No. 96 overall prospect nationally in the 2022 class. ...

With Euton's commitment, the Cyclones now have a four-man 2022 recruiting class, which also includes Swiderski, Rojas and Carter Fousek, a three-time Iowa state champion from Crestwood.
