I’m interested to see how the pitch clock effects that next year
Last I knew time between pitches is already faster than between foootball plays so maybe not all that different.

Well, next year they are implementing a pitch clock, so that should help speed things up.

Preach my friend. PreachThe best rule is the 3 batter minimum for the relief pitchers.
Tradition and history and proximity make for more intense, interesting football? Who would have thought. We should arrange conferences to encourage this!
Wow that’s kinda surprising it cuts it down that much. Never knew anyone who went to a game with the clock in place so that’s really interesting. Did it feel rushed or just steady? They've had it at the Iowa Cubs for a couple years and now and I'm always in and out in under 2.5 hours now. Sometimes I feel like it speeds it up a little too much though. There was a game I attended this summer that was under 2 hours.
Both, the game under 2 hours felt too rushed. The rest have a steady pace. I don't really mind longer games at the ballpark but I think it will make the TV viewing a little more tolerable.Wow that’s kinda surprising it cuts it down that much.
