After a close win over a crappy team last week, CFP dropped Iowa a spot. If they have any intelligence or integrity, they will drop them a spot or two again after today.

I think people are being setup for a surprise on this.
Which ever team wins (mich/osu) is going to be coming off a high, and will be thinking they are going to cakewalk and everyone is going to be laughing and giving Iowa no chance.

I hope they do get beat by 30-40 points to solidify they are frauds though

The only relevant point of reference anyone has is the Penn State game. And Iowa has gotten a lot more injured since then. Iowa will NOT be able to move the ball against Michigan or Ohio State. Their defense is susceptible to the big play if an opponent can stretch the field and has decent pass protection (both have that). Iowa doesn't have a chance

Ummm Michigan last time came off the win against Ohio State and beat the piss out of Iowa. It will be closer this year only because it can’t be much worse than last time.

I either want Iowa to lose next week by 50+…. or win the thing in some ugly way…. just to make a total mockery of how awful this conference set up these divisions.

If Iowa wins next week, no team from the B1G should get into the playoff IMO. Too embarrassing.

That game I just watched was basically an insult to offense. each team tried to let the other team win.

Can you imagine if every coach in the country decided that they need to play like Iowa to win? It would be the end of the sport…. nobody could take it. It would be 10x worse than baseball…. and we know how awful their ratings are.

Preseason, everyone, Hawk fans included, predicted 10-2 because everyone knew how crappy their schedule was. But I don't think anyone knew it was THIS crappy. They played one team with a competent QB all year and got smoked. Not saying Rocco isn't competent, he was just a brand new QB in game 2.
