In the past not typical Fennelly at all, he said on the post game show he intentionally didn't call them to see how the gals responded (lots of experience on this team and he wanted them to prove it , it sounded like on the radio)

@UNI in these in state games is a ridiculous home court edge. No surprise Fran ended it for the men.

UNI’s pg was going nuts during that run.

I'm guessing the crowd was 25-30% ISU but we were pretty quiet even when we were leading. The McCloud center is a really great place to watch a ball game, not a bad seat in the house IMO.

Sort of. Still don’t know what we have with Soares. Give her time and she may completely change the defense once we get her fully engrained and Bill can see what she can do in real time.

We've got the best big we've had since Angie Welle. She runs the court well and can hit the 3 as well as post up, she has good timing on her shot blocking for the most part.

Steph is really talented, has great size, and is getting better each game. Her offensive game is already developed. On defense, I’d like to see both Steph and Kane move their feet more. Befoli was going right around them to the hoop.

Needs to stop reaching with her arms to block on drives or fouls will mount. Outside that she is something we haven’t had for a long time.
