I get that....even though both fanbases mock each other for it being each other's "super bowl" it IS a really important game. I feel like Hunter will play with that edge against them. Here's to hoping the Clones come out victorious.
What makes you say that? He didn't do anything last year and their offense was terrible. Hall fumbles at the ISU 2, Purdy throws three picks and that's ballgame.
Iowa's offense was hot garbage in the game last year. ISUs was just hotter garbage with the four TOs.
I forgot to record the Iowa-SDSU game. I did not see any replays on FS1. Anyone have a suggsetion on how to watch a replay?
I just feel like In the recent years ISU seems posed to win but something happens like weather delays, running into our own player, turnovers. Just mostly poking fun at our ability to be kicked in the nuts and the way someone seems to have a career game against us always.
I still think ISU wins though but also preparing for the heartbreak.
It isn’t based on serious analysis. Just like saying a walk on qb slides in and looks like a heisman contender for example.

That whole deal was nothing more than baiting CKJ to not transfer. They were fully expecting Rudock to come back for his senior year. Iowa/Kirk got bailed out with CJ living up to the bill otherwise they would have been screwed.

We literally dropped 8 guys all day long... our defense/defensive line will be fine. Also fans need to take the first couple defensive series against Iowa with a grain of salt. Heacock will start very conservatively blitz wise and adjust as needed. If Iowa's offense is ineffective against a three man rush the Hawks are going to be in big trouble.
Agreed. We basically said, go ahead and do what you want between the 20s, if we keep you out of the endzone, we will win. It will also avoid showing things, and allow us to rotate people to avoid as many injuries as possible.
You really think the Hoks are going to get 7 safeties?
That offensive "holding" call on us that negated a TD in 2019 certainly did not help. I agree that ISU needs to stop crapping the bed.

Pretty harsh to post this in my opinion…especially considering it was OP, you were the first one to comment, and it was pretty well laid out/thought out. I get it if someone is responding to you and writes a book, but you click in and see something that is longer than you care to read at the time, you can just as easily click the back button and move on.
