One of the Morris twins has been ridiculous in Big 12 play...I'd consider them over Aldrich even though it's different positions.

I really don't see one lock for the team at this point, which seems weird. But I can't see anyone but these guys making 1st team: Aldrich, Collins, Mc. Morris, Pullen, Dunn, Udoh, James, Anderson
