Anyone notice Iowa's going after another one of our commits?

I think alot had to do with Iowa's team on the field in 08 and 09, not a lot of room to come in and play right away. Then you had guys in 08 like Cato, Paine, Blackwell, Staten, Guillory all leave, then the crap with Hampton and Robinson and it added up quickly. 09 our best recruit was Wegher, and we know what happened to him, leaving Davis as the only 4 star in a 2 year period, and I think that's what you're seeing now from this Iowa team.

Recruiting classes always look good when they first start out. That's before the attrition and injuries start. Happens everywhere.

Sad thing with those 2 classes is they weren't very strong to start out, and then had attrition.

You should try having three recruiting classes covering two coaching changes. That speaks to how well Rhoads has recruited and retained players.
