I suspect that's because he only had 25 receptions and 6 TDs last year. Who knows why? A running offense? A lousy QB who couldn't get him the ball? A lot of good WRs to spread the ball to? Your guess is as good as mine. He also played defense a good bit of the time in his videos.
He played DB until last season. I suspect that he'll show out this year.

Does it even feel like stealing though?
Nebraska is a mess right now. They told Frost he had to get rid of his offensive staff which he did. When coaches have to do things like this the writing is on the wall. And even at that the word is that they're only hanging onto their coach for one more year in order to save money. So unless he has what people would think is a good to better year there will be a change. So probably not a place where kids want to be right now.

I can actually see Nebraska winning 7 games this year, they have a pretty favorable conference schedule.

It wouldn'tve been that hard to see last year either though. All 9 losses within a possession at the end or within a TD in the 4th.

They have a highest star rating in the B1G west.

I went to UNL, and my wife went to Ames. You fellas talk a lot , but don't know **** about the Huskers.

I'll continue to root for the Cyclones in the Big 12, but you're a hateful bunch. Bitterness is bad.

I know our AD's have been trying to get a game with you guys.

I’d love to have a game with that mess of a program. It would be fun to beat **** out you guys

I think Trev’s deal with Frost also says he gets evaluated on Oct 1 or some other midseason date and he can be fired then. The rare midseason hook is becoming more common with the early signing date but this is the first time I can recall that it was negotiated in advance. That’s a tough way to enter a season.

You sound like an ok guy, but let me break it down for you a bit. I can’t speak for everybody on this board, but I grew up in the 80’s and every two years, you guys would come to Ames, fill over half our stadium with obnoxious fans, and proceed to kick our butts by 40 or 50 points. So I can’t stand you guys and after Iowa, you’re one of the teams I hope loses every time you play. Incidentally, I was in Lubbock when you guys lost 70-10 a few years ago to Texas Tech…I stayed for the entire game and enjoyed every minute of it. I’m pretty sure I saw some tears on some of your players’ faces- it was wonderful.

I don’t hate you guys- I root for you when you play the team from eastern Iowa. I’ll give you credit- you guys did play a tough schedule last year and you had some close losses to some good teams. However, most of your fan base is like you- lots of excuses and just living in the past. Your team will never be what it once was- no matter what. When we can come in and pick off a talented receiver from Lincoln…you and I both know it’s over for your once mighty program. You should just accept the fact you’re the 5th or 6th best team in a mediocre division in a conference.

I hope we get a game against you guys soon too, but you won’t like it.

I went to ISU, but I have some friends from grad school that went to Nebraska. They act like the Huskers are still a big deal, but in reality they haven’t been relevant in decades. It’s not 1990 anymore. Nebraska fans are delusional and living in the past.

A fact of reality is that we all continue to live in our greatest moments. For me: when I was at ISU, when I lived in L.A. at the beach, and when I lived in the marina in S.F. So, it's understandable why they continue to live in their glory years. But, what's not condonable is patronizing those whose greatest moments are happening now with one's glory moments of the past.

Good chance none of them play for the current staff. I think many of us do know a fair bit about Nebraska since anyone posting in here above the age of 30 is old enough to know how dominant Nebraska WAS at one time. But those days are long past
